What this service is
[УКАЖИТЕ НАЗВАНИЕ КОМПАНИИ] sells self-reflection tools: you answer a questionnaire and receive a written report about the patterns in your answers. That is the whole of what we offer. Nothing here is a course of treatment, a therapy session, or an ongoing relationship with a specialist.
What this service is not
Our reports are not a medical or psychological diagnosis. They are not medical advice. We are not your doctor, therapist, or counsellor, and using this site does not create a patient relationship of any kind. No report from us can tell you whether you have a condition. Only a licensed professional who has assessed you can do that. If a report worries you, treat that as a reason to speak to one.
If you are in crisis
If you are thinking about harming yourself, please do not rely on this site. Contact your local emergency number, or find a helpline for your country at findahelpline.com. When your answers suggest you may be at risk, we place those contacts at the top of your report. We do this automatically and we would rather show them unnecessarily than miss someone.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old. Our questionnaires are written for adults and are not validated for minors.
Payment and delivery
Each report is a one-off purchase at the price shown before you pay. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. After payment we generate your report and send it to the email address you gave us, usually within a few minutes. The report is delivered as a PDF attachment and is yours to keep.
No right of withdrawal
Your report is digital content produced specifically for you and delivered immediately. Before paying, you consent to us starting that work at once and acknowledge that doing so ends your statutory right of withdrawal. Because of that, purchases are not refundable. Who owns what
Your report is yours. Read it, keep it, print it, show it to a specialist. The questionnaires, the site, and its design remain ours. Please do not copy, resell, or republish them.
Limits of our liability
We provide the service as it is, without promising it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of a report. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you buy. These terms are governed by the law of [УКАЖИТЕ ЮРИСДИКЦИЮ].
