Purchases are not refundable
Reports are digital content, written for you individually and delivered immediately after payment. Once a report has been generated, it cannot be returned, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for disagreeing with the contents, or for buying the wrong test by mistake.
Why the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply
Consumers in the EU, the UK and several other jurisdictions normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. That right does not survive when digital content is delivered immediately with the buyer’s agreement. Before you pay, we ask you to confirm two things: that you want the report produced right away, and that you understand this ends your right of withdrawal. We record that confirmation with your order. If you do not give it, we cannot start.
If your report never arrives
This is different, and here we do put it right. If you paid and no report reached you, first check your spam folder. If it is not there, write to [УКАЖИТЕ EMAIL ПОДДЕРЖКИ] with the email address you used. We will re-send it. If we cannot deliver a working report at all, we refund you in full. The same applies if the file is corrupted or the report is in the wrong language.
Duplicate charges
If you were charged twice for the same report, tell us and we will return the extra payment. You do not need to argue the point — a duplicate charge is our mistake, not a change of mind.
